These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Kate Devlin ABN: 96491493287 to you. Upon booking a makeup application with Kate Devlin, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
To secure your wedding date a non refundable holding fee of $250 is to be paid. Upon receipt of payment of this deposit, your booking is confirmed.
DEPOSITS Holding fee: $250 (covers the cost of the makeup trial)
50% deposit of total invoice is due within 1 week after trial
Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to wedding day.

Please note that all payments made are non refundable if your wedding is cancelled within 8 weeks of the date.
PRICING/PAYMENT
Pricing for weddings is charged at a flat rate per person. The price includes false lash application and touch up. I offer a discount for cash payments, please ask via email. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, credit card (fees apply) or cash. All pricing includes gst.
MAKEUP TRIAL
Your makeup trial will take 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete. A makeup trial includes an in depth consultation, a full makeup application including lashes, your look photographed for reference on the day and notes for products used. Trials must be booked at least 8 weeks out from your wedding day, please email to book your trial. If your trial is not completed within 8 weeks of your wedding date, your invoice for 50% payment will be sent through at this time. Wedding trials can be booked on any day of the week (except Sunday) and is subject to my availability.. A makeup trial is $250 and is conducted in my studio space.
TRAVEL FEE/PARKING
All bookings outside of Brisbane Metro will incur a travel fee. Travel is charged at $100 per hour of travel. The client is responsible in the event that any hotel and street parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the booking. Please note that any location changes whilst getting ready will incur a fee of $100 and must be within 10kms of each other. For interstate and destination weddings, flights, accomodation, meals and car hire/ubers will be charged as an extra cost.
CHANGES/POSTPONING/CANCELLATION Any additional numbers, changes in location or timing on the day will be accommodated where possible. In the event that you need to postpone your wedding due to Government restrictions or extreme weather events, your wedding will be moved to your new date if available. If there are no current restrictions and decide to postpone your wedding this will be classed a cancellation and a new booking fee will need to be paid to secure your new date.
PERSONAL INFORMATION Kate Devlin requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Kate Devlin have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.
PHOTOGRAPHS Kate Devlin reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes with your consent.
